Do patients need to download an app?
No. juno is mobile-responsive and web-based. Patients scan a QR code and open it in their browser, with no download and no account to create.
What if a patient doesn’t have a smartphone?
Most patients use their own smartphone. For anyone who can’t, juno also works on a computer or tablet in any browser, and we provide a printed backup guide.
Can I customize the recovery instructions?
Completely. We build your exact post-op instructions into juno. Every medication, timing, and restriction follows your standards.
How does patient data get into the system?
As part of your surgical onboarding process. You enter patients into the system and generate their unique link. No EMR integration is required to go live. Deeper EMR connections are on our roadmap as we scale.
What about patient privacy?
Privacy is built in. juno requires no patient account or login, and we minimize the data collected. For practices that need one, we can put a Business Associate Agreement in place.
Do I need to change my pharmacy?
No. Patients receive their medication as usual from their pharmacy of choice. The kits are designed to hold any medication sizes.
What if a patient loses their kit?
You can provide a replacement kit. All recovery data is saved in the cloud, so juno stays fully accessible regardless.
Can patients share access with caregivers?
Yes. Caregiver view is available, giving family members or designated support people access to the recovery timeline and instructions.
