1. Evaluation Use Only
This Demo is made available strictly for the purpose of evaluating juno as a potential solution for your practice. Any other use is prohibited without the express written consent of medAstra.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, design, structure, copy, workflows, recovery guidance, and functionality contained within this Demo are the exclusive intellectual property of medAstra. This includes but is not limited to:
- Day-by-day patient recovery content and clinical guidance language
- Platform architecture, layout, and user experience design
- Branding, naming, and visual identity of juno and medAstra
- Data models, analytics infrastructure, and tracking methodologies
Nothing in your access to this Demo transfers, licenses, or assigns any intellectual property rights to you.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from this Demo in whole or in part
- Use any content, structure, or design elements as the basis for a competing product or service
- Screenshot, record, or otherwise capture Demo content for redistribution
- Share access credentials or Demo URLs with unauthorized third parties
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying architecture of the platform
